Customer Service Team Leader
Overall role purpose:
Managing the Customer Service agents (4); monitor shipments for the designated strategic accounts; providing management reports.
Tasks:
- Plan, coordinate and monitor the daily operation;
- Monthly performance reports;
- Handles all exceptional shipments;
- Troubleshooting for the customer;
- Managing the team;
- Monitoring procedures for the CS strategic department;
- Provides relevant management information;
- End responsible for communication with the customer;
- Explain and demonstrate work tasks to new employees and training of the personnel;
- Responsible for communication between the import and export department, customer service, warehouse and planning.
